Owner/ State General Manager
Stephen Jubrey joined AIL in 2007, after graduating from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He initially made a name for himself in upstate New York where he established the Albany, Syracuse, and Buffalo offices. His success in New York led him to the opening of his own agency in Dallas, Texas in 2013 and his Fort Worth agency in 2015. He now oversees and directs both of his successful offices and happily attends sporting events for his favorite team, The Dallas Cowboys in his free time.

CEO / Regional Director
Kaitlyn Brandt was born and raised in Southern Maryland. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree, she moved to upstate New York, where she joined the NILICO team. While there, she quickly became a top MGA while successfully running her own agency.When the opportunity arose for a promotion in Texas, she didn't hesitate to uproot her northern life to experience the southern charm of Texas. She now successfully runs her own agency, Brandt & Co. in the historical Fort Worth, TX.

Director of Operations
Marissa Ellis started with the company in 2016. After completing her associates with Texas A&M she moved back home to be closer to her family. Her years in customer service and acute attention to detail have made her a valuable part of our every day opperations.
Marissa now works to expand the company and help people grow into their careers. As Director of Operations she work dilegently to be sure we are producing at our highest level. This family oriented team has made itself a valued part of her life.

Office Manager- Dallas
Tiffany was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. After serving 4 years in the service industry, she became the Office Manager for a surgeon with 10 employees. She was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office including medical billing and coding, insurance verification and financial reports for 13 years. In 2019, Tiffany joined the agency and quickly moved into the Office Manager position. She is responsible for monitoring and tracking licensure requirements, daily reports, pipeline management along with other daily office activities. She has made herself a valued part of the team and makes sure that we are staying on track for success.

Office Manager- Fort Worth
Vanessa McKeown is the office manager of our Fort Worth Office and has been a member of the AIL team since September 2019. She was born and raised in Chicago and moved down to Texas with her husband to start fresh. She previously worked in retail and quickly made her way to working in our Fort Worth office. She is very dedicated and efficiant in her position and quickly made herself a valued part of the team. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son and husband, working out, and fulfilling her amazon shopping addiction.

Regional General Manager
Ray started his career with the company in 2013 after studying Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University. After 7 years with the company, he has successfully built a strong team of individuals within the company and has achieved a lot of personal goals of being one of the top managers in the agency. Ray is now in charge of the Dallas office and is dedicated to helping others grow within the company and accomplish goals.

Master General Manager
Patrick McKeown started with the company in 2018. After moving from Chicago to DFW with his wife, he found a home with American Income Life. His years in the restaurant industry made him a valued member of our team. Patrick is one of our many hardworking individuals that works alongside Kaitlyn Brandt to develop future leaders and protect families. Having this passion for helping others has pushed Patrick to strive of having the goal to one day run his own office.

Master General Manager
Jeremy started with the company in October of 2018. He is originally from Memphis, TN. He was in school to be an aviation mechanic when he met someone working for the company while visiting Dallas, Texas. He was intrigued after hearing about the position and wanted to take advantage of the opportunity. He moved from Memphis to Dallas later that year.
Jeremy utilizes his drive and work ethic, both skills learned while serving in the Marine Corps, to be the best he can be. Jeremy is a part the senior management team. This team works on developing future leaders. He is striving to run his own offices one day

Kristi Mills was born and raised in the Great state of Texas. Before joining the AIL team she got her Bachelors degree at Texas A&M. After graduating she spent two years cheerleading for the Dallas Cowboy and the next twenty years working for Nissan Corporation as Service Manager. Her passion to help others brought her to AIL. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge and moving towards owning her own agency. She loves to spend her free time sailing with her husband and family.

Born and raised in the DFW area, Chris began his career with American Income in the year of 2019. Prior to this position he worked five years with the Department of Corrections allowing him to help people prepare for their next chapter in life. His previous position set him up to continuing to help others with the planning of their futures, just this time it is financially. With the help and support of his new wife, Taylor, he wishes to continue growing a dedicated, fun, and prosperous team. Motivated by others success, Chris will one day reach his goal in owning and running his own Agency where he can continue to grow and help others build a strong financial future.

Jennifer Holt has been a member of the AIL team since June 2019. She is a graduate from the University of North Texas and has spent most of her life in the DFW area. Upon graduating, she was searching for a career with more purpose and opportunity, which she found at the Stephen Jubrey Agency. In her time with the company she has shown determination and focus and has begun her move up the ranks of management. Each day she leads by example and continues to grow and learn with the company. The most rewarding part of working with this company is the connections and interactions made every day as well as the financial freedom that comes with them. My advice to future agents is to find your why, what drives you in life. Once you have that, don't step down or lower your standards for anyone. Nick was born and raised in the upper Midwest. After graduating from Iowa State University, he moved to Texas. He quickly moved into management with Home Depot and enjoyed helping his staff achieve their professional goals. After a rewarding career in retail, Nick came to The Jubrey Agency in early 2019. Nick has since joined the management team here and is working toward his goal of running his own office. It didn’t take long for him to be promoted into management; as it’s a job he is passionate about. He enjoys helping not only clients protect themselves and their families, but helping his team also to do the same and achieve their dreams as well.

Shanna Eller was born and raised in a small town here in Texas, she was always searching for new opportunities to improve herself in every aspect; joining the Jubrey Agency in the beginning on 2020 she found there was no limit to her success. Tackling the opportunity she has found that protecting children and families like her own, she had a purpose in the family oriented business. The goals of having no limits has made her powerful in management and improving her self daily.

LaKaisha Loyd hails from the great state of Michigan. She has had a part in customer service in some fashion, since the age of 16 and moved to Texas in August of 2003 in hope of building a better life. Before coming to work for AIL, she worked in healthcare for 15 years as a phlebotomist. Durring her tenure mark with Quest Diagnostics she decided that she wanted more out of her career. That is exactly what she found with AIL through its family oriented team. She became part of The Jubrey Agency in August of 2018 and is currently holding the position of a Supervising Agent. She looks forward to continually growing and learning with the company.

Jarrel was born and raised in the never sleep city of New York city. after obtaining his degree from Johnson and Wales university he continued pursued his passion of cooking and worked in the industry for 17+ years. after reaching his goal of becoming a chef, he moved to Texas at the end of 2020 and wanted to do something vastly different, that's when he came to AIL. as much of a goal oriented person as he is, he made it his goal to not only succeed but to excel in the company.

Laura Picon is a former special education teacher with 30 years of experience. Life brought her and her daughters from Mexico City 10 years ago. She began an alternate career in Walmart.com, where she quickly moved into management and excel in challenging and deadline environments. She started with the company in 2020. In AIL, her joy in helping others revitalized, and she wants to continue growing while building a strong team. Laura is looking forward to greater things for herself, her family, and her business with American Income Life.
Harry is from Dallas, TX originally. He went to Texas A&M University, in Commerce Texas, to be a electric engineer from 2017-2019. Realizing that wasn't something he really wanted to do, he took a break from college and found AIL. He started with the company on November of 2020 and ended up finding out that he has a passion for helping people in this industry. Since moving into management he is striving to build a strong team to help him continue to climb the ladder and become an MGA.

Tammie was born and raised in Louisiana. After serving 10 years in the United States Navy, she received her BS in Accounting and MBA from the State University of New York. Before moving to Texas, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Syracuse Research Corporation and served as the MBA Director for SUNY Oswego. Her strong passion and commitment to continue serving her community is what lead her to join American Income in December 2020 then quickly moving into management. She plans to help other people reach the success she has found.
